Country Living
The sounds of birdcalls and the silence of the early morning draw many people to live the country life.
Our country designs make the most of the more spacious blocks available in country locations to provide clients with a delightful experience of country living.

Set on 57 acres on the edge of Lake Eildon at Bonnie Doon, this house has an expansive design to capture as many views as possible. There are views from every room, even the bathroom, which has plain glass since there are no neighbours for many miles.
It is a one-storey residence with surrounding verandahs for cool and shade and to be able to sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere.
Inside, the design incorporates lofted ceilings with exposed structural beams, giving a feeling of great spaciousness. Ceiling fans and opening windows on both sides of the structure give natural ventilation.
Simple furnishings add to the airiness and uncluttered feel of the home, while natural materials - stone columns and selected stone-faced internal walls, stone paving, timber verandah ceilings and timber decking - all give the home a contemporary and friendly atmosphere.
Project 9835 - South Warrandyte
Set in the picturesque Warrandyte region on the north-eastern outskirts of Melbourne, this house is sited to be completely hidden from roads and neighbours. It is set on 10 acres, backing onto national park with views across the valley.
This contemporary split-level single-storey home takes advantage of the sloping ground to maximise views. A wood-burning combustion heater in front of floor to ceiling glass windows combines a cosy interior with the natural beauty of the landscape. Natural stone walls blend the contemporary nature of the building with its setting.
