Rogers Architects & Planners provide a range of project homes – houses designed for specific types of application, rather than designed for a particular client.
Whilst some project homes can be very limited in their use, Rogers Architects design project homes that have the flexibility to be easily flipped or split to cope with sloping blocks; living areas can be configured to capture views and north sun. Eye-catching materials and classic elements give our designs a stylish edge.
Choosing to build a home from a project design can mean a significant cost saving to the client. In most cases, a project home will still need to be adapted to its site, and clients may have additions or alterations that they would like made.

The “Camden” and “Baltimore” are both designed to provide generous living areas, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, covered entertainment areas and a double garage with internal access.
The designs are sculptured to look good from all angles, with use of stone facings and nested gable roofs providing interesting features.
