Located on the Bellarine Peninsula south of Melbourne, this house takes advantage of extensive views across the adjacent wildlife sanctuary.
Designed for a busy executive couple to escape to a country retreat, this contemporary design uses a mixture of natural materials, textures and colours with plenty of light, air and space. Folding glass doors open onto a timber deck area ideal for outdoor living, or entertaining if the desire should occur.

Phillip Island, south east of Melbourne, was home to many chicory kilns dating back to the late 1800’s. This beach house was designed as a bed and breakfast retreat for owners who had made the sea change and moved from a semi-detached suburban property to a large property on acreage with a pond.
The “Chicory Kiln” provides a means of income for the owner and delightful escape from the city for visitors, which blends with the traditions of the region.

Located on the sea front at Williamstown, this contemporary 2-storey home takes advantage of fantastic views across the bay. The typical design has been reversed, with the main bedroom, ensuite and walk in robe on the ground floor and open-plan living on the upper floor, taking maximum advantage of the sea views.
The full-width balcony across the front of the living area provides a huge area for entertaining and allows in plenty of light. The interior is further lit by a large skylight below which is a two storey light well and internal garden.
At the rear of the property is a completely private internal courtyard with access from the ground floor retreat and the main bedroom. Also on the ground floor is a double garage with internal access.
The house is fitted with a Jetmaster fireplace so it is just as cosy in winter.
