The clients wanted to carry out a staged development, ultimately building 3 units on their original land.
Built in a formal style with classical influences, these well-proportioned units have a feeling of strength whilst being filled with light.
The first unit (pictured) was built on the back of the block whilst the owners continued to live in the original home. Once complete, the owners were able to move into the new home, making way for the final two units.
