There is an initial no obligation meeting which allows the client to outline the expectations for their project, and enables us to formulate a realistic initial design and budget. Once fees are agreed, they are payable as stage payments as each stage of the work is completed.

Stages of the work are:

  • Initial briefing
  • Concept design and building cost estimations
  • Preliminary design work and planning permit assessments
  • Development of the preferred design
  • Working drawings for building permits & builders tendering
  • Contract administration (including calling and analysing tenders and periodic site visits, work progress and variation assessments during the construction stage)
