Rogers Architects & Planners is a Melbourne based architecture practice focussing on functional timeless design and practical project delivery
Our team of registered architects and planners shares a passion for outcome-oriented designs, from concept through to completion. Principals Rob Rogers & Michael Rogers have extensive practical experience in the residential and commercial sectors, with an eye for detail, and project delivery through their drafting and project management team.
With comprehensive planning experience, our team works together to act as the one point of contact for our clients, managing specialist consultants, obtaining permits and approvals, organising and analysing tenders, and administering the construction process.
OUR APPROACH
As architects and planners, our practice consults and manages an array of projects varying in size, scale and scope.
In the residential sector, our team has designed and managed over 1000 completed homes and developments, from heritage extensions to energy-efficient bush retreats, to bespoke homes and multi-unit townhouse developments.
Our development projects typically focus on the low-medium rise market being 1-8 storeys, from mixed-use buildings, complex sites & basements, affordable housing, apartment developments and shop-top housing.

He now works closely with his son, Michael Rogers, who brings a fresh perspective and a passion for design that reflects the way people live and work today.
